Two persons have been arrested by security operatives in connection with the discovery of rockets, grenades and explosives in 13 containers impounded at Apapa Wharf, Lagos on Tuesday.Although details of the arrest were not made public by the State Security Service, THE PUNCH gathered that the suspects were as at Wednesday night undergoing interrogation.
