Court stops INEC from accepting Uba, others

A Federal High Court sitting in Awka, Anambra State, has given an order restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission from recognising the candidacy of erstwhile assistant to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Dr. Andy Uba.
